Follow-up visits are scheduled at 3, 6, and 9 months, with an additional 1-month follow-up for individuals who are new to the program
Includes a comprehensive annual lab assessment that evaluates heart disease risk, inflammation markers, hormone balance, and a broad spectrum of wellness indicators. Follow-up lab tests are conducted throughout the year, all of which are included as part of the program

This program includes full personalized hormone therapy and management (if applicable to your health journey).
Medications can include estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone. I will be working with both retail and well-established compounding pharmacies to design your hormone treatment plan.
Hormone replacement therapy is bioidentical
When appropriate for your health goals, weight loss medications may be integrated into your personalized optimization plan. This can include, but is not limited to, peptide-based therapies such as GLP-1/GIP receptor agonists, as well as newer oral options currently available.

Executive Health Screen

A proactive approach to healthcare with the ability to detect over 500 conditions including stage I cancer. 1 in 20 people will receive life-changing information from their scans. There is no radiation or IV contrast dye. The study takes about an hour to complete.
